A project lead or superintendent will be on-site, along with qualified trade crews. Our team maintains professional, clean, and organized job sites.

We hold weekly check-in meetings to review progress and next steps. Your project lead is also available via phone, email, or text to answer questions and provide updates throughout the process.

Changes are handled through written change orders that clearly outline any cost or time impacts. We’ll review all options and get your approval before moving forward.

Our contracts cover the full scope of work, payment schedule, timeline, warranty details, change-order process, and exclusions for complete transparency.

We use AIA Forms 702 and 703 to establish a clear payment structure. Upon signing, we require a $1,000 deposit, followed by progress-based payments according to the approved schedule.

We use dust barriers, floor coverings, and daily site cleanup to maintain a safe and clean work environment throughout your project.
